Some exciting changes coming up for us... we will soon become the new owners of Unique Holiday Cottages The current owner Anna is moving onto pastures new, and we are very much looking forward to continuing the amazing work that she's done. Nothing is changing for our Holray customers nor for the customers of Unique Holiday Cottages, but please do watch this space for news and updates going forward.

To our customers

You may be receiving (or have received) an email from Elavon regarding revised URLs for your payment.

The reason for the emails is that the URLs you use to send transactions to Opayo will be changing to an Elavon domain and you need to make the changes to send your transactions to the updated URLs.

The good news is you do not need to worry or do anything. Holray will be dealing with it.👌

If you're having trouble with Opayo payments, you are not alone.

Clients are reporting issues with payments failing caused by addresses not matching exactly and an error being returned but no option on the Opayo screens to edit it. Customers get stuck in a loop and eventually error with too many failures or simply abandon the session.

There are also cases of 3D secure failing for overseas customers from countries not enrolled in the scheme. You might consider turning off address verification and setting your 3D secure rules to exclude payees not enrolled. Check with Opayo for the best options and if you're worried about charge backs without address verification check with your merchant to find out their policy on non-address verified but 3d secure payments.
